  Being a key member of Traidcraft’s core team in Bangladesh, I am contributing to the teamwork and planning related to the development and implementation of the Bangladesh country programme in line with Traidcraft’s Global Strategies. In the Traidcraft Bangladesh Program, I assist to drive, implement, manage, monitor and the Traidcraft Bangladesh projects. It is also my duty to ensure that M&E systems and standards are embedded and that M&E activities are effectively and efficiently carried out. With help of the country director and senior program manager, I design and deliver effective monitoring and evaluation processes using appropriate methodologies, tools and approaches. I also provide support to the aggregation of impact data for corporate social impact reporting. I am also responsible to plan, coordinate, develop the projects for Traidcraft Bangladesh Program. I work to assist and support securing funding in compliance with donor guidelines and the Traidcraft Exchange project development process. During my tenor as a program manager, I cater to establish a number of partnership working agreements, service level agreements and other working structures and frameworks with different key partners, service providers and vendors in order to deliver program objectives effectively.I conducted numerous training and capacity building to teams and partners as required on Traidcraft’s monitoring and evaluation processes which were held both locally and globally.I am constantly facilitating to Traidcraft’s best practice development through disseminating learning, promoting innovation and improvement, sharing with all Traidcraft program teams and continually seeking and acting upon opportunities for personal and team development Show less
