Requests can vary surrounding general enquiries, attendance and engagement, enrolment and re-enrolment support required, student finance/payments, deadlines, submissions, results and student support & mental wellbeing support etc.  Triaging and supporting all general enquiries from students with respective departments  Undertake a range of clerical tasks including photocopying, scanning, filing and data entry as directed by Head of Student Services.  A member of the student risk intervention, to report and action on pressing student matters relevant to both academic and attendance shortfalls at scheduled meetings  Secretarial support at boards and committees for agenda finalisation, minute taking and respective documentation dissemination  Key contact for communication with students on regular updates, changes and developments through phone, email and other communication channels  Providing support to students with Virtual Learning Environment (VLE) platforms and assisting on matters relating to engagement in lectures and appropriate learning activities both in person and online Show less
