The Achieved work includes the following:  Construction Package No. 5 (A&B) and Package No. 6 (A,B &C) 1. More than 20 Km length of roads including ( 3) Bridges and 3 KM underground utility tunnel along with the utilities networks (Foul Sewer, Potable Water, Electricity, Telephone, Irrigation…etc) 2. More than 2,000,000 m³ excavation & backfilling in different type of soil and for 1.5 to 6m depths. 3. 33nos of 11/.415kv substations and 4. Thousands meters of pipes and cables 5. One Telephone Exchange, 6. One 66/11 KV substation, 7. Two potable water reservoirs. 8. Two irrigation water reservoirs  Doha Model Building: Design & build Contract with cost of 80 Million Qatari Riyals) It is steel structure building with concrete basement for servicing the model with concrete ground floor to fix Doha model and Mezzanine floor for walk way along with the related utilities. The building is connecting with Qatari Diar main building by corridor access. The GBA of the building is 4089.90 s.m.  Lusail Technical Building : ( Design & build Contract with cost of 200 Million Qatari Riyals) Lusail Technical Building is steel structure consist of ground floor and Mezzanine floor along with the related utilities to provide offices to the employees of Lusail Real Estate Development Company. The GBA of the building is 4000.00m2  Technical and Financial Evaluation of the bidder for the following projects: 1. Construction Package No. 5 (Infrastructure Works for North Residential Area) 2.    Head of Operation and Maintenance Section of Qatari Diar Real Estate Investment Company.  Project Manager of Al Qutaifiya Lagoon (Prestigious Complex with area of 4 KM ² ) . The following projects were completed: 1. TSE Irrigation network.  6000 m of GRP pipe line (300mm Dia.) have been laid.  Two Intermediate Pumping Stations including integral storage tank and UV treatment system.  Isolation the existing irrigation networks from the potable water network and connection it with the main TSE distribution pipeline. . 2. Extension of road L4. The works included the following:  Pavement works.  Utilities works (Drainage system, Electrical works (streets lighting & cables works) and Sewerage system). 4. Landscaping Works Construction and Maintenance for the Hard & soft landscape for the crescent gardens and outer roads The achieved works include of:  More than (500,000.00 m²) of soft and hard Landscaping Works (in cost of more than 33 Million Qatari Riyals).  Constructions of 24 pump stations with the installation of Thousands meters of irrigation pipes, valves, related fittings, and 100 irrigation controllers (different systems). 5. Boundary wall for the site office compound  Installing of pre cast concrete wall (1000 m length). 6. Street lighting & Electrical system  Rehabilitation & maintenance works for existing electrical network of the lagoon and streets lighting (900 poles) including cable works and existing bridges lighting.  Installing 11/0.415 KV outdoor substation. 7. Preventive and corrective maintenance of Qatari Diar Head Quarters ( Visitor Center Building) 8. Manage and Supervise the assign consultant for the Consultancy services for the Construction and Maintenance works of Al Qutaifiya Lagoon. Show less
