  Reproductive Health Uganda (RHU) is a national locally owned volunteer led and youth focused organization andorganization and one of the leading not-for-profit non-governmental organizations in the promotion and service delivery of Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights (SRHR) in Uganda, established in 1957. It is accredited and affiliated to the International Planned Parenthood Federation (IPPF). Our mission is; to champion universal access to rights based SRHR information and services to vulnerable and underserved communities’ especially young people through sustainable; innovations, strategic partnerships, capacity building, research and advocacy. RHU operates through a network of 20 branches and clinics spread in all sub-regions of the country, 95 private partner health facilities under the Life-Plus Social Franchise Network and over 1,300 community resource persons including Key Populations (CORPs). RHU through its 2016-2022 strategic plan aspires to: advocate for 40% of the districts in Uganda implementing at least one of the 3 SRHR policies. ii) Empower 10 million people of which 60% are youth to exercise their SRHR. iii) Deliver 35 million quality integrated SRHR services provided and iv) Attain a sustainable, accountable and result oriented organization.
