When I first met Naaz to discuss the QA position that she was applying for, I knew within the first 5 minutes that I liked her and wanted her on the team. I had the pleasure of working alongside Naaz fo 2 years while at Deem. We worked together on the QA team for one of the company's modernization projects. Naaz is incredibly conscientious, organized and hard-working. She's committed to her work and will do whatever is needed to achieve her tasks/goals. I was impressed with Naaz's ability to contribute to the test automation efforts. Despite having had no previous experience with test automation, she was soon able to write automation test cases and identify issues and/or improvements in the test suite after self-training, practice and support from the SMEs. Naaz had been effective in her efforts to help design, develop, implement, and maintain Deem's in-house test automation framework - Pynium. She had also been able to write efficient code using Python to automate multiple integration tests for micro services and end-to-end tests for desktop application. She will never hesitate to reach out to people with questions and her willingness to put in extra hours when needed to meet the deadlines is something that I particularly appreciated.
