I worked in an Early Intervention Centre (EIC) alongside Early Childhood Educators, Psychologists, Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists and Social Workers. Our EIC followed a family centered and transdisciplinary model of intervention. I was part of the EI under 2, EI at home and EI at centre program where I worked with children between 1 and 7 years of age, with a range of special needs including Autism Spectrum Disorder, Global Developmental Delay, Intellectual Disability and Cerebral Palsy.
