Point of contact and responsible for all operational activities including people management, health and safety, contract management, quality, client relationships, NERS registration, ISO14001, ISO 9001, ISO18001, business development and internal and statutory reporting. Initially hired to review and ultimately restructure the operational activities to make the business more efficient and introduced new working practices. Developed a new 'Pathway to Performance' document and programme that set out training, technical and working standards required in all of the company’s operations, which included methods for full document control, auditing and KPIs. Delivered increases in key performance indicators in key areas including procedures, productivity, client satisfaction, safety and quality that had a positive impact on the bottom line. Reviewed two significant PFI contracts including staffing levels, systems and procedures and in-depth site audits and then implemented new and improved technical standards and best working practices.
