      Since I joined DiVetro, we developed the business in a pandemic environment and management at the commercial and operational management level was merged with Vicrila Glass Manufacturing Company (in the future HidalGlass). The results are positive in growth (double digits) and EBITDA. I contribute, with my team, in: 1.- Support to the Commercial Management in costing and pricing of national and export sales projects (USA) with imported and nationally manufactured products. 2.- Development and management of export logistics to the USA, with the option of product storage in Laredo. Management of export logistics to Latam. 3.- Management of machinery and equipment imports for a production capacity expansion project at HidalGlass, and glass marketed at DiVetro. 4.- Development of suppliers (national and international) for new product lines and accessories. 5.- Inventory analysis for decision making. 6.- Generation of management reports for decision making, 7.- Monitoring with Sales Managers of each channel to achieve an excellent service in general, and in particular in the FoodService channel. Improving forecasting and with a well-designed and managed inventory.       I was part of the first team to set up the factory from zero, organizing all the mail supplies (machinery & raw material) most of them imported from Europe. While building the factory we sold final product imported from our mother company in Bilbao, Spain in the NAFTA area and I contributed to the development of all the basic processes now working as well as recruitment and building the supply chain team: planner, purchasing people, international commerce and customs manager, wharehouse and distribution center teams. Now the business has to grow rapidly so we are in a new phase with new investors and new top executives coming from the glass sector.
