  Being a Project Coordinator involved leading a 4-member team throughout an entire semester. Our duty was to produce a video each month about our student org. or our school. My job involved leading the team, managing tasks, arranging meetings and reporting back to the board, brainstorming ideas and executing tasks was the team members' duty. I was also involved in recording & editing these aforementioned videos, as well as advertising them on social media sites (Instagram, Facebook & LinkedIn).

My responsibility involved integrating them into the org, while they acquired the basic marketing, HR and sales skills required to pass to the next Stage.
