The Digital Age is making therapy more and more accessible to those who'd otherwise struggle to fit it around their lives. IESO Digital Health delivers high quality CBT using written communication, any time, anywhere, on behalf of NHS services. The benefits for the patient are great as the therapy allows one to plan around their work and family life. I provide (part time) online sessions covering stress, social anxiety, depression, Phobias depression and sleep difficulties. I have Indemnity Insurance cover. Show less
