A pioneering public-private partnership, Laguna Water is a piped-water service provider created through a joint venture of the Provincial Government of Laguna (PGL) and Manila Water Philippine Ventures (MWPV), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Ayala-led water industry leader, Manila Water Company. As a territory manager, I monitored 6000 customer accounts under Cabuyao business zone. I coordinated with the billing department of the company in stabilizing the billing process of the assigned area. I also handled customer complaints and queries; and maintained stakeholders relations with Local Government Units and Presidents of Homeowners' Association (HOA). For data analytics, I analyzed billed volume, revenue, and collection efficiency trends on a monthly basis. I was also the proponent of the business case in one of the expansion projects in Cabuyao. I surveyed the area in order to assess the number of households and determine the willingness of potential customers in availing the company's services. Moreover, I spearheaded the emergency pipelaying project in Cabuyao in 2018. I was assigned to secure permits from the HOAs, coordinate with the operations department in solving no water incidents, disseminate information to the customers, monitor developments of water pressure, and facilitate tankering as temporary water source of the customers. During the Q3 of 2013, I received the recognition as the "Best Team Collaboration," along with my team members for the Mabuhay Incident, and "Total Collection Efficiency Reward" for achieving results beyond target. For other accomplishments, I completed the Territory Management Schooling, an initiative of Manila Water to hone skills of aspiring territory managers, ranking 4th overall the Philippines Venture participants.
