I had several opportunities to observe Myria's communication and problem-solving skills while we were both employed with LifeMasters. Myria's communication style is warm, firm, and professional. Even when dealing with difficult clients and other contacts, Myria is persistent in respectfully directing the conversation to a productive end goal. Staff within and outside of her department often sought her counsel on how to deal with a difficult business situation. Myria is also a natural leader because it's important to her to know her subject matter, and she does. Our customers loved hearing from Myria--she'd even have to warmly redirect the conversation when customers wanted to chat excessively, and did so in a way that still made them feel cared for. I also observed Myria training her co-workers in a manner that made them feel safe to try new things and learn. I would love the opportunity to work with Myria again. Her positive attitude and warmth light up any environment she enters.

Myria and I started at LifeMasters on the same date and worked closely for 7 years. She is a fantastic, upbeat person in general. She is dependable, professional, caring and dedicated in her work. All of the qualities she posses would make any organization lucky to employ her.
