  Following on from my time as Practice Manager of Valenti Lawyers, and coinciding with the growth of such a diverse company, it was then determined that my role be revised and restructured into a General Manager position. Now, as General Manager of Valenti Lawyers, my role sees me partaking in the responsibility for the business strategy, structure, budgets, people, financial outcomes and overseeing the running of the day to day office. My areas of expertise and experience are spread across various segments allowing me to speak the languages of finance and accounting, operations, sales, marketing, human resources and business development on a daily basis. I am also responsible for the internal workings of Valenti Lawyers. I oversee the internal procedures, processes and policies to achieve excellence across the organisation. I provide business management and direction, implementing and maintaining the best practice procedures and processes are aligned with the organisations core values.I am an organised and dedicated professional with considerable experience in office management and financial services marketing. Specific skills include office administration, budgeting and financial reporting, human resource management, business development, sponsorship and event management.My qualifications include a Masters in Finance in Agribusiness and a Graduate Certificate in Finance from the University of Melbourne which strengthens my well developed communication and interpersonal skills.I am a member of the Law Society of Western Australia and Chairperson for the Western Australian Branch of Australasian Legal Practice Management Association (ALPMA) previously Treasurer for the past three years. ALPMA is the peak body representing managers and lawyers with a legal practice management role.
