I mentored Mylon and other UNF students as part of an experiential learning class in 2013, designed to teach students how to use Lean Six Sigma skills to solve real business issues at local not-for-profit agencies. Mylon had a high amount of energy, engaging quickly with our client agency. He was instrumental in developing and executing improvement solutions, and even went above and beyond by designing an inventory management system for the client and teaching the client how to use it after the semester ended. I feel that he exemplifies the spirit of collaboration and has a bias toward valuable action.

Responsible for designing, improving and implementing a technology driven, customer centric Canoo Electric Vehicle Service Model. By utilizing my unique experience and love of EVs, allowed me to develop models and subsequent processes to break the traditional OEM mold while providing a new type of customer experience and customer complaint resolution process. EVs require a different approach than traditional ICE vehicle's in the way in which the vehicles are serviced and maintained. I took a forward thinking approach starting at the vehicle's design and following through manufacturing stages to make a dramatic, positive impact on the quality, serviceability, and overall after-sales service methodology and experience for both our internal and external customers. Landscape Management Supervisor: This was a great introductory role as a young hard-working professional that helped provide professional growth, developed work ethic and defined my desire to pursue and complete the pursuit an electrical engineering degree. I show this experience on my profile to display my determination and ability to "get my hands dirty". Many don't show the menial "first" jobs that got us started in our careers and I believe this is a key piece that defines who we are!
