Customer Service Advisor

Feb 2020 - Aug 2020
Taking inbound calls from customers and trying to assist them with any queries or issues which may have presented to themselves. Whether this was lost tickets, booking errors, refunds, venue queries, this role was a fast paced environment where we were tasked with offering the best levels of care to the customers, whilst operating under a fairly strict company policy. It's a role that required both large amounts of empathy and compassion, pragmetism, as well as quick thinking and problem solving capabilities. Show less

English Teacher
-
Sep 2016 - Jul 2017
In this role, I was responsible for teaching upwards of 220 children aged between 4-6 years old each week. I was working in rural Hong Kong, where English proficiency is less, and so communication and communicating effectively is of utmost importance, as you work through the language and cultural barriers. I would be responsible for taking the lesson plans, and tailoring them to the individual needs of the children in each class, with abilities varying very differently from class to class.
