  Managing the Studio department which is responsible for localising media content in various languages through voice over, subtitling and on-screen text localisation. Overseeing client projects from enquiry stage till completion and all necessary production work. Achieved production improvements which allowed us to accommodate 24-hr turn-around times on urgent projects• Analysing and delivering monthly financial reports to the Director and Project Managers using CRM tools and excel spreadsheets to improve on our services.
