At the moment, the company has closed due to large deals of tour operators between Thomas Cook and Biblio Globus that have not been concluded. I have been selling company`s product to the company`s clients in Dominican Republic and helping with upsell of hotel services to our guests. Planning and holding daily meetings with guests of the company, providing information about the hotel facilities including specialization of the host country. Works collaboratively with colleagues to achieve organizational goals to provide support for tourists in conflict situations with hotels during their stay in the country. I was helping to our clients to get permission to fly back home from The Kingdom of Thailand when they were robed on the street and their passport were stolen. Adviced our group of guests at the customs about the rules of passing Israeli customs clearance between Egypt and Israel (Taba - Eilat), Republic of Turkey and Israel (Antalya - Tel-Aviv) with escort in Israel on excursion. Helped the company`s clients in proving an insured event for an insurance company so that it would pay for the treatment. Selling company products! Helping with rent a car, organized comfortable seats in a plane, shoping programs, ethnic tourism and diving. Show less
