(Use SWOT Analysis and TOWS Analysis). - HR & Admin Manager for all aspects of HR and Admin matters. - Solve the complaints of all employees. - Recruiting and selecting the new candidates. - Check for recording and maintaining the staff personal profiles and all documentation processes. - Orient employees regarding the respective job scope and company’s vision & mission and to instruct & train new employees. - Coordinate and liaise with the respective township labour office and related social security board for contract & other benefits of the all employees. - Maintains employee confidence by keeping human resources information confidential. - Manage employment contracts, follow up on contract status. - Manage the payroll system and bank process, Calculate monthly payroll using Global ware software. - Check vehicles kilo report and vehicle maintenance report, check to apply vehicle licence report. - Manage to pay the bill for the office (meter bill, internet bill, phone bill). - Other responsibilities determined by the needs of the HR & Admin. - Make a plan for a performance management appraisal (KPI). - Make Organization Chart and Manpower Plan for all departments with all HOD.
