Presented extensive research to congressional staff and representatives focused on the abuse of Department of Energy contracts for environmental cleanup promises, at sites under the control of the Office of Environmental Management. Identified irregularities in overspending and excessive contract renewals at 12 sites in the Office of Environmental Management, which inspired the filing of the ‘Freedom of Information requests.
