Throughout My-Hanh's internship at HTC Vive I was her Art Director and manager. First off My-Hanh is a highly skilled and focused 3D Artist as well as a solid 3D Generalist. She is a very capable organic and hard-surface modeler with a very keen eye for details. Her geometry and topology are clean either by hand or sculpted in zBrush, as are her UV and texturing skills. Her material work is very good and I relied on her to create unique surfaces in Substance regularly. My-Hanh learns new pipelines and techniques eagerly, delivers quickly, and thoughtfully, and makes herself available when needed in a pinch. She’s super-passionate about her craft and is totally dedicated to process even when there is pressure to deliver quickly. Her interpersonal and communication skills are excellent, which made her easy to work with during this Covid pandemic and remote work. I sincerely hope to work with her again very soon.
