  Enrolled students use the Griffons4Hire 24/7 Online Portal to achieve career success post-graduation. Griffons4Hire services are free to employers. Alumni can access services up to six months post-graduation without a fee. After that time a fee is assessed in accordance with the services provided. There are various fees for employers for booking certain career events. Contact careercenter@missouriwestern.edu for details.Over 750 students work at MWSU & are employed in more than 1,150 positions. In 2015 there were over 2,500 positions posted in the Griffons4Hire Portal. Student employers play a crucial role in the university operation and success; MWSU invested more than 1.7 million dollars in 2015 on student employment positions & students provided well over 212,000 hours of work at Missouri Western.The mission of the Career Development Center is to strive to provide innovative career exploration programs, resources & services to assist Missouri Western students & alumni in developing their lifelong career planning skills.
