  In my current role, I autonomously complete targeted health assessments for 10-20 patients per shift and generate individualized wound treatment plans for those with abdominal stomas, fistulas, drains, pressure injuries, and continence needs. I am highly skilled and proficient in completing bedside procedures including wound debridement, suturing, I & D, and biopsies to support effective medical resource utilization and cost-effective care in a timely, professional manner. Like similar roles, I consult and confer with advanced care specialists to facilitate referrals, when needed, to improve outcomes.
