During my internship at University of Utrecht, I worked as a research-assistant to Maggie. During this time she also supervised my work on my Masterthesis. I found Maggie to be an excellent supervisor. Her coaching style of management allowed me the freedom to make my own decisions and work on my self-discipline all the while safeguarding quality. She really made me feel like I made a contribution to her work. Maggie is very knowledgeable and supportive as well as a very pleasant person to be around.
