Team Lead Tech Recruitment

During my 4 years at one of the largest e-commerce companies of the BeNeLux, I have seen Coolblue grow from 2.500 to over 5.500 colleagues. The Tech Department has doubled in those years with developers from all over the world. As Team Lead, it was my task to achieve the most significant growth of the Tech Department by hiring ~150 developers.
