  I became a Class Product Management Manager at Berbinar Insightful Indonesia, a Surabaya-based counseling and mental health service company, for 6 months and did several tasks and responsibilities. I presided over 2 products: 101 Class Journey, the two episodes job seekers training program which takes the topics about curriculum vitae, job interviews, psychological tests for job recruitment, and work habit adaptation. It was attended by 21 internal and external participants. The other product is BISIKAN (Bicara Asik Psikologi Ala Berbinar), the nine episodes mini talk show program via Instagram Live which has been reaching 1775+ post-broadcast viewers on Reels. Besides, I got a new achievement as Employee of The Month for January 2023.   After I had finished my Future Jurist Scholarship as an awardee, I got another opportunity to join the internship program from Bengkel Hukum (@bengkelhukumdotcom), a law educational platform which is based in Yogyakarta. I became part of the Program Management Officer for 6 months. I took part as a head officer in 2 programs: NGETEH! (Ngobrol Edukatif Tentang Hukum), the three-episodes live Instagram talk show and a national law student event named "Sekolah Mapres Bengkel Hukum 2022" which was attended by around 40 active participants. I also participated in Career Conference Bengkel Hukum 2022 and became the MC. Besides, I gained some staff training in organization development, legal writing, human resource, and social media management. I made 3 programs that gained 1900+ viewers named: "PANNEWS", a monthly KPOP news explanation recap; "PANNREACT", a KPOP Music Video reaction program; and "IDOL CORNER", a KPOP idols introduction program.
