▪Perfomed DNA extraction, sequencing and identification of cheetahs through the use of non invasive methods by using stool of cheetahs, by means of bioinformatics technologies such as the use of genemapper, Bioedit and geneious, by shadowing senior staff. ▪Completed daily tasks like monitoring the levels of liquid nitrogen tanks of the cheetah sperm bank as well as maintaining clean laboratory spaces. ▪Participated in other activities at CCF, for example animal husbandry and ecology.
