I had a very proud moment of working with Muthu under Big Data Practice in CSAA for the last 2 years. He is very detail oriented, energetic, innovative, aggressive in his thoughts about the use cases that he brings up in the Big Data domain. We were able to successfully implement Hadoop, Spark, Elastic Search, Storm, Neo4j, Modern Enterprise Data Lake related use cases in these two years just because of none other than the talented Muthu. His approach in achieving the goals is entirely different than working with others. He was even more interested and dig into the development tasks with his team members to solve any critical issues. He is a ultimate Java architect I have seen ever. He conducts daily stand up calls which we felt as more beneficial meeting ever. He was managing a team with representation from development, infrastructure and QA who were responsible for putting the Hadoop infrastructure and related apps in place. Muthu is very detailed oriented and because of the due diligence he put in every stage of the development life cycle, it was really easy for the rest of the team to work towards the end product easily without getting bogged down.
