  Role & Responsibilities:Recruitment • Responsible for end to end recruitment for junior level to middle level requirements.• Recruitment includes all profiles of different business function.• Conducting preliminary telephonic discussion with the candidate• Sourcing, Screening, Short listing & arranging interviews through portal, referrals, Internet & database searches, job postings.• Negotiating and fixing salaries and achieving a comfortable fit with respect to expectations of the organisation and the candidates.• Sending Offer letters to the selected candidates & pre joining follow up. Induction – Conducting Induction program for the New joiners– Handing over the candidates to the Operations after their induction Leave management – Maintaining Attendance and Leave Records for all Staff.– To help the management in regulating the grant of leave to the Employees.– Preparing the LOP details– Updating to the Employees about Casual Leave, Sick Leave, Maternity Leave, Parental Leave and Privilege Leave.
