I know Mr. E. Muthukrishnan for the last 8 years ever since we were worked together as Library Assistant in Easwari Engineering College, Ramapuram, Chennai. for one year. After that, we are working in different place. (Presently, I am working with SRM College of Pharmacy, SRM University, Kattankulathur, Kancheepuram District, Tamil Nadu) I have had an opportunity to observe him during 2004 – 2005 as a smart planner, sincere and hard worker, with self-motivation and high confidence level. We have established the library at FDDI, Chhindwara, Madhyapradesh. We should be installed the library software and subscribe international Journals/Magazines. I have introduce the "Library Today" email services for users and send the email everyday for book review, Management tips, General Awareness and Fashion related tips also. This is very useful for all users and create the library awareness. In future, we will bring the digital library also. We have established the library at FDDI, Chhindwara, Madhyapradesh. We should be installed the library software and subscribe international Journals/Magazines. Librarian cum Documentation Maintenance in R&D Dept.

When i was working in RRB Energy Limited, Chennai that time introduce the Documentation maintenance. I have classified and cataloguing the all technical documentation like Expremental, Analysis, Testing and Approval doucments. Release/Controlled the documents to Departments/Customers/Vendors and assign the number/coding systems. All documents are indexed properly. Anyone can refer the documents through catalogue/Index.
