My purpose has always been to help people discover themselves and their core purpose in life. All of life is spiritual and sacred. In this iteration of my vocational calling, I did this through creating and designing a cohort based leadership program, innovated new ways to build community and belonging across a large and complex organization, and mentored/coached/pastored people through life's greatest challenges and celebrations.
