In my role offering consulting services @EXBD, I have worked with sr. execs across the Fortune 250. Mustafa and I collaborated closely on a year long consulting initiative for Mars, where my team performed global analysis and strategy work. As we explored the project and evaluated the best approach to a partnership, I found Mustafa to be a creative and thoughtful collaborator working with our team to find a win/win approach. As we concluded an agreement and executed the project, Mustafa's strong sense of values and character showed through in our negotiations and his communication and management style. This combined with his ability to develop strong relationships and build trust earned him a great deal of respect and credibility with his colleagues. Complex decisions were structured and approached with clarity; Mustafa consistently zeroes in on what matters and gets to the heart of any matter. There are "executives" and then there are "executives who drive change and lead" and Mustafa is definitely in the latter camp. He certainly ranks among the top global executives I have worked with in this role.
