  Following are the projects and it's related activities on which I am working: 1) Public Transport Planning, Scheduling and Operations- Developing Comprehensive framework for mobility management of Public Transport for the city.- Planning Route Structure Design of Surat BRTS and City bus services.- Developing schedules based on demand, optimizing headways, rationalising dead km and fleet assessment.- Monitoring of various Key Performance Indicators and preparation of quarterly performance reports.- Formulation of mobility and concession policies for different sectors in the city. - Managing on field mobility operations of entire Public Transport.- Preparing award entries for various award entry categories. 2) Surat Multi-Modal Plan with Metro, Bus and IPT.- Developing strategies and plan for multi-modal nodes comprising of multiple modes such as Metro, Bus and IPT.- Developing circulation plans for commuters for seamless interchanges.- Preparing integrated fare strategies across systems.3) Intelligent Transit Management System- Monitoring of various ITMS modules like Depot Management System, Automatic Vehicle Location System, Enterprise Management System, Incident Management System, Passenger Information/Announcement System and Helpdesk.- FRS and SRS of various ITMS modules.- Monitoring of all public transport activities like bus bunching, route violations, speed violations, non-stoppage violations, schedule deviation, breakdown, two way communication through BDC system.- Performing bus station & route performance analysis, passenger traffic analysis, OD analysis, driver, accidents & breakdown analysis, interchange station requirements, schedule optimization, trip & schedule adherence.4) Automatic Fare Collection System- Monitoring of AFCS software & Surat Sitilink mobile application.- FRS and SRS of AFCS modules- Performing ridership analysis, reporting through dashboard.- Development of dashboard tool for ETM & schedule data analysis.

  1) Surat Operations Plan for Public Transport Services Planning route structure design and monitoring of Surat city bus services. Conceptualizing and implementing transit infrastructure system plan. (buses, shelters, interchanges, terminals, depots) Assisting in fare strategy and development. Fleet assessment of city buses considering appropriate headways and speed for urban and sub-urban routes.  Developing schedules and rationalizing dead km. Selection of city bus stops type and locations considering route mapping and land use pattern. Liaising with government for the mentioned works above. Transportation planning with large data sets.2) Surat City Bus and Bus Rapid Transit Planning and Operations  Routing plan and strategies for bus operations. Fleet assessment of buses considering appropriate headways and speed.  Assisting in developing schedules and rationalizing dead km. Liaising with government for the mentioned works above.3) Comprehensive Mobility Plan for Surat Developing Population and Employment Estimation Methodologies. Preparing Spatial growth scenarios based on survey estimates. Designing principles of Multi-modal transit network across system for seamless interchanges Assessment of passenger and good flows using different scenarios. Developing strategies for Transit Oriented Development.4) Surat METRO Demand Assessment Managed smart application based 15,000 Household surveys along with employment surveys, willingness to shift surveys, cordon point survey, CVC’s at screen line locations.  Assisted in four stage modelling process using modelling softwares. Assisted in future forecasting and evaluation of proposals.5) Service Level Benchmark for Urban Transport  Conducting and managing Service Level Benchmarking surveys in cities of Surat, Ahmedabad, Bhubaneshwar, Hubli- Dharwad and Mysore. Calculating Level of service for all the SLB parameters based on primary and secondary data.
