  -Agriculture&Rural Development Support Institution (ARDSI) is the governmental body in Turkey that functions as Paying Agency for EU Rural Development funds for candidate countries. - ARDSI has been established in 2008 and accreditation has been completed in 2011. - I have actively taken place during the preparation of working arrangements and control procedures of ARDSI in English language. - During the accreditation process of ARDSI, a series of audits have been performed by EU Comission auditors. I was one of the main responsible staff for "before payment controls of projects". - After accreditation of ARDSI by EU Comission, ARDSI has started for "call for applications and grant payments to recipients." - Since then, I have been working as "Senior Payment Authorisation Expert" and "Mid Level Manager of Payment Authorisation Unit". - Within this context, I am supervising the operations of experts, regarding before Payment controls. - Since the year 2009, I am actively participating to meetings held with EU Comission auditors.
