Working alongside Mushfiq sb. at ICI Pakistan Limited (Now Akzonobel Pakistan) was an immense pleasure. Not only did he manage the vast facilities and the many staff that were under his control incredibly well, he was also someone that I was able to learn a lot from in terms of the Art of Administration. His superb organizational ability was apparent in not only the smooth management of all day-to-day issues, but also in the additional improvement projects that he took on and completed in an immaculate fashion. Do not be fooled by his easy-going demeanor. While maintaining very cordial relationships with all involved colleagues, Mushfiq sb. is a taskmaster that will make sure that the job is done in the best possible manner. I wish Mushfiq sb. all the best in his retirement, however, I cannot think of a better Administration Manager in case he decides to lend his services to another organization during his retirement.
