  As a technology educator i make sure that my learners are at par with the transitional period that is taking place.I also managed to help the adult learners to pass their level 4 with flying colours, as a result our learners have been nominated as the best student in NS and ANHC in the KZN province in 2012 exam.I also manage educators work,delegate duties where necessary.   I was a master trainer training educators who were going to teach adults who were illiterate, in the Masifundisane campaign,I trained them in teaching literacy and mathematics on how to teach an adult who has never been to school,never hold a pen before.
