As the Head of Educational Technology, my primary responsibility is to oversee the use and implementation of technology in the education process in NPS International School, with the goal of enhancing the learning experience for students and educators alike.I lead a team of professionals who specialize in educational technology, including teachers, e-learning specialists, and IT professionals. I collaborate with other departments in the school, to identify opportunities for technology integration and to ensure that technology is aligned with the overall educational goals and vision of the school.Specifically, I am responsible for:1) Developing and implementing technology strategies that support the educational mission of NPS International School.2) Identifying and evaluating new educational technologies, and making recommendations for their adoption or integration.3) Providing training and support to teachers and studenrts in the use of educational technology tools and platforms.4) Managing the budget for educational technology resources and tools.5) Ensuring that educational technology is accessible to all students, including those with disabilities or other special needs.6) Monitoring and analyzing data on the effectiveness of educational technology initiatives, and making adjustments as needed.
