Road Traffic accidents kill over 1.35m people annually while pollution kills about 4.2m people every year. Both are as a result of vehicle activities and they both affect the most vulnerable of our global societies. My research is therefore, focused on creating easy-to-replicate frameworks and methodologies that stakeholders can utilize to improve road safety. Cross sector cooperation strategies that emphasize bottom-up approaches are central to the proposed frameworks and methodologies.
