  Midfa Corporation is a trading company that focuses on exporting Asian products to the Middle East, Africa and South America, with its head office in Singapore. Leadership at Midfa discovered an early opportunity in China; they had the foresight to establish an office in Shenzhen, China as early as 1993. I got an incredible opportunity to manage their newly established office. China turned into a market economy in the early 90’s and Shenzhen was transforming into a major trading hub. Over the next two years, I sourced many products and travel across China. By 1995, I was given the additional responsibility of handling key clients in Dubai, Egypt, Kenya and Panama.
