  Production Engineering responsibilities for several carbonate oil fields with waterflood (both sweet and sour) production, a sour gas field and a shallow CBM gas field. Responsible for meeting yearly production and lifting cost goals as well as reporting monthly progress towards these goals.• Highlight of the assignment was leading an asset team in the successful execution of surface land acquisition, drilling, completion and tie-in of 150 shallow gas CBM wells. All wells were drilled, completed and online within 7 months increasing gas production by ~25%.• Assisted in the execution of a 6 well horizontal drilling and multistage fracturing program in the House Mountain field that increased oil production by ~10%.• Led production team (office and Operations staff) to insure well workovers were managed efficiently and downtime minimized.

This green field development had a capital program over $150MM and included the start-up of 4 gas processing plants, 7 booster stations, 250kms of gas trunk lines and the tie-in of ~500 shallow gas wells over 18 months.
