In "A Lever Motion Energy Harvesting System for Powering an Electronic Door Lock" , a possible solution in electric access control lock was evaluated to demonstrate in an early future they will work autonomously. First of all, an existing prototype was improved in order to harvest more energy. Furthermore, an electronic system design was done in order to store the generated energy. Finally, the whole system was assembled and tested. I worked in the "Health monitoring with driving simulator" project, where I focused in the design of data adquisition system for EEG, PPG, ECG and accelerometer sensors. The main objective was to study how influential weather and traffic parameters are to electrophysiological constants of a driver. As a first approach to the project, I carried out several succesful simulations.
