      - To do making the parts requested by the customer suitable for the casting design, improving the casting part simulations, investigating the reactions occurring at the metal/mold interface during the casting process, preventing the defects on the surface of the casting part, and evaluating the technical drawings of the parts in line with the customers demands and submitting a proposal. -As the responsible of ÇİMSATAŞ Design Center, which operates with the approval of the Ministry of Industry, to undertake the task of coordinating the projects carried out within the company and to prepare the activity period reports. -Improving casting process steps, improving gating system design of casting parts, improving feeding and direction solidification process, to do making model design of the casting parts, to conduct R&D research to improve the casting process.       According to ASTM B6-06 and ASTM B 750 standards, recovery of zinc ingots from zinc ashes and recovery of galfan (%95 Zn - %5 Al) ingots from galfan dross were done by pyrometallurgical method. At the same time, enhancement of corrosion resistance of galvanized steel wire and galfan wire were improved by adding various alloys elements into galfan bath and galvanizing bath.       During my project assistance role at Mersin university, composites materials were produced by adding various volume fractions of nano SiC compenents particulars by using cold chamber pressure die casting process at Mersin university. After casting of the various casting composites, the samples were produced for mechanical (hardness, tensile and creep testing) and metallographic examinations.
