- Responsible Lead for the Global Category "Underground Engineering/Civil Works" within an international matrix organisation of E.ON SE.- Lead sourcing and supported sourcing activities of E.ON’s subsidiaries in UK, Norway, Czech, Hungary, Romania and Germany and developed the high value tender strategies. - While having 6 direct reports within Bayernwerk, I lead further 8 Global Category Managers functionally in other 8 business units.- Furthermore, my tasks were to develop a global Category Strategy with all the relevant cross functional stakeholder within the cooperate and to lead and to align different projects between the business units.- Preparing spend and market analyses within the category for each region and business unit for the top management. Additionally being responsible to monitor adherence of the sourcing activities within the procurement and compliance guidelines.- Successfully initiation of the development for the new Global Category Strategy, leading category market analyses with an external consultancy company and provided the related category data for the merger between E.ON and Innogy within Energy Networks.
