Munyaradzi heads the Sales Division for Kenlen Group Zimbabwe operating as Molapo Engineering Solutions with its headquarters in Harare. He joined Kenlen Group in November on 2020 and with his expertise in Sales and Business Development across the African landscape, this role suits the energetic entrepreneur as he has spearheaded growth of many businesses expanding into the Southern African region. Kenlen Group Africa in Botswana operates different subsidiaries supplying mining equipment to the market for more than 5 years. The company is based in Gaborone at Gaborone International Commerce Park with operations in all major mining towns across Botswana and Zimbabwe. Our operations began with Orapa Mine situated in the mining town of Orapa, 521km north of Gaborone. Our mandate was to introduce the mine to reliable conveyor systems and reduce downtime, which we successfully did with the introduction of our distributor brand Tru-Trac Conveyor Solutions. Later in the 2019, we were engaged with Minergy to offer Conveyor and compressor solutions at the coal mine and we successfully put a team of Technicians dedicated to serving the mine and ensure service and maintenance was done timely and effectively, reducing any lost time of coal processing. We established our operations in the later part of 2021 in Zimbabwe and started operations with some major mining companies in the outskirts of Harare, offering supply, service and maintenance of mining equipment and machinery. An independent Kenlen Zimbabwe office was opened in Harare to serve all the mining companies engaged in the country. In the same year saw the birth of Integrated Mechanical Systems Africa, a dedicated division of Kenlen group Africa that sorely focus in supply of crushers, screens and screen media equipment. As a Co-Founder of the Ruwa-Gam Group I handle the Business Development aspect in the Commodity Trading space from metals, minerals, ores, petroleum products and food commodities. My main goal is to create a win-win scenario for both suppliers and buyers of commodities that are sourced in Africa and commodities that are imported onto African soil from world markets. We believe in balanced and fair trade that ensures matched growth with parties involved. I overlook Business Development of the business in Botswana, South Africa, Zambia and Zimbabwe. Show less
