Banglalink Compliance function reports to VimpelCom Group Compliance Office. The purpose of the Banglalink Compliance function is to facilitate local enforcement of the Code of Conduct and other compliance activities; to deal with compliance and ethics misconduct issues etc.Key Responsibilities:- To prepare compliance training plans; develop training material and organize compliance training sessions; oversee the circulation of compliance messages to the employees and arrange compliance week; train employees and other stakeholders as per compliance project plans.- To investigate complaints and other ethical & legal violations; recommend corrective actions as per company policies and implement non-retaliation policy; conduct investigation in accordance with group investigation procedures.- To maintain compliance registers (Incident Register, Gift and Hospitality Register, Whistle Blowing Register etc.) to keep register updated; assure that investigations reports, evidences and relevant documents are well preserved; ensure every compliance issue in compliance register is updated in a timely manner and maintain records of investigated incidents as per company policy and law.- To prepare compliance reports as required by the Group; analyze statistics on compliance violations; submit compliance reports as per timelines; submit quarterly analysis of incidents reports to VimpelCom Group.

Robi Internal Audit provides assurance and consulting services to Robi Board Audit Committee (BAC) and Robi Management through Risk Based Audits and Consultancies.
