  Projects: 333 Call Center, JBC, BBS Skills: Software development, optimization, database design, and troubleshooting Passion: Building innovative software solutions As a programmer for the 333 Call Center project, I developed a CRM web app using Django and jQuery to improve customer service. My responsibilities included database design and development, developing and testing code, and troubleshooting issues. I gained expertise in web application development and honed my skills in project management and teamwork. The project allowed me to implement features such as real-time call data updates and dynamic data visualization. In addition to my work on the 333 Call Center project, I have also worked on two other notable projects: Jibon Bima Corporation (JBC) and Bangladesh Bureau of Statistics (BBS). At JBC, I had the opportunity to learn and work with Spring Boot, a popular Java-based framework for building scalable and robust web applications. My responsibilities on the project writing and testing code, and collaborating with the development team. Through my work on JBC, I gained valuable experience in Spring Boot as well as development, and testing. While at BBS, I had to give client support according to their feedback on ASP.NET MVC and Web Forms projects. Overall, my experience working on these projects has given me a broad range of skills and expertise in web application development.
