  • Prepared the PM plans / Job plans of rotary equipments for Maximo. • Collect the complete data of all plant equipments from Maximo to entry in new SAP implemented in Sawan Gas Field. • Maintenance of Rotating Machineries & Stationary Equipments including piping erection • Performed RCFA, RCM, FMEA to determine root causes of Bad Actors • Developed solutions/recommendations for Bad Actors and other equipment based on root causes • Developed equipment maintenance strategies (PM & PdM), based on failure modes, that Optimize Equipment Run-Time and Reliability. • Prepared maintenance job plans of equipments. • Participation in conducting Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA) and implementation of recommendations. • Troubleshooting and Condition monitoring of plant equipments. • Vibration Monitoring, data collection, download / upload and operation of Vibration Analyzer CSI-2130. Analyzed the suspected problems through spectrum, waveform and phase angle measurements and issue the reports for remedial actions.
