      I have been handling the Corporate Sales for CoCubes since they started their operations in Bangalore.As a part of my job I have to go and meet senior leaders, hiring managers and human resource managers of different organizations. I try and understand their hiring process and the problems they face in hiring and assessments.I don’t try to sell our solutions outright but instead try to understand the requirements of the client first. Then I try to find a way in which we can provide an effective solution for them by using our online platform.After the initial meeting I design strategy of how to go about implementing the solution and send a detailed plan to our execution experts. We discuss at length about the proposed solution and feasibility.Then in the interim we send some sample assessment artifacts for benchmarking and internal evaluation to the client.If the client is satisfied with our solution, I build a proposal for the final solution with financials. I am also responsible for designing the financials and pricing agreements.I get the proposal signed from the client and kickoff the execution.I have to also get involved in the clients’ procurement strategies, vendor management and procurement team discussions to close the deals. Sometimes even follow-up for invoice clearance.If the client is not satisfied with our solution, we repeat the iteration by fine tuning our assessment hiring plans.I am also involved in the execution to monitor and govern the process compliance as per the proposal signed.I am also involved in a leadership role where I have to manage a team of corporate sales executives and account managers.I am actively involved in marketing and branding our company and our solutions in different seminars and HR conferences.
