  Evervent is an OS for the Insurance industry. Its an ERP suite for the Lead Generation till Policy Generation. - Led a team of 15 people, to make the Evervent stack modular and introduced various modules - Led complete product development journey from creation of functional PRDs, technical notes along with UX and flows for web - Conceptualized and contributed to - ERP, Financial, Non-financial, and communication modules - As a scrum master, I planned and lead the work of 15+ engineers ensuring timely delivery - Spearheaded implementation of Evervent at clients PAN India - Reduced training cost significantly, by making self-explanatory training/ user documents Tools & Skills: Building quarterly roadmaps, Conducting interviews with clients and other stake holders to understand the challenges, Writing PRD and User Stories, Working cross-team along with the design, engineering, Sales, Customer Success & Insurance Brokers IT team to understand the challenges and implement the solution.
