As project manager and Head of Exercise Control I was responsible for leading and managing the organizational team which included about 20 members for the two months of exercise preparation. As the responsible person for the success of the entire simulation game (Planspiel), I was in constant exchange with the academic supervisors, stakeholders and organizational team. I was resposible for the coordination between the different hierarchical levels, controlling and monitoring and the documentation. Due to the complexity of the simulation game and the many stakehodlers involved, being spontaneous and quick to adapt to a new challenge were key strenghts I was able to acquire during this time.
