Attending the sessions taught by their top professors were very beneficial and fun as we were able to learn topics such as Einstein’s theory of special relativity, make a cloud chamber to detect particles and creating a potential divider circuit that would dim when light incident on the LDR was low. During this time, I shadowed the A12 to A120 widening scheme and was able to see how complex engineering is and by conversing with the engineers on this project, I was able to understand and appreciate their unique roles. Overall, gaining this insight was very beneficial and encouraged me to pursue engineering even more.
